About this product
TATTOO & PIERCING STUDIO HUB — the appointment book, deposits, drawing hours, artist splits, consent forms and aftercare, in one file you own forever.
Everything a booking system does, without paying for expensive booking software.
This is neither. It is a browser app with 68 screens plus a free 49-tab Excel workbook with 14,992 live formulas. You buy it once, it runs offline, and nothing you type ever leaves your computer.
⬥ THE PART NOBODY ELSE DOES
- THE TRUE HOURLY RATE — your price list says $170 an hour. The file adds up your chair hours, your drawing hours, your consultations, your set-up and breakdown and your admin, and tells you that you earned $102. That gap is $68 an hour, every hour, and until it is on a screen it is invisible. Then it prices six ways to close it against your own numbers — and two of them cost the client nothing.
- THE COMMISSION-VERSUS-BOOTH-RENT CROSSOVER — there is one weekly figure at which booth rent starts to beat a 60/40 split. Below it the split is better for the artist; above it they are paying you more than the rent would be. That single number is why artists leave, and the file works it out for every artist you have, against the model they are not on.
- DRAWING HOURS, COUNTED — the biggest hole in tattoo pricing and almost nobody measures it. Every hour of drawing, revising, stencil prep, reference hunting and messaging, logged against the piece and the artist, shown as a percentage of chair time, and priced three ways: build it into the rate, charge a design fee, or bill it by the hour.
- INK LOT TRACEABILITY — when a pigment gets recalled, the only question that matters is which clients had that lot. One click gives you the list, with dates, printable. Without it the honest answer is "everybody, probably".
- THE SPORE TEST CLOCK — the log a health inspector asks for first. Days since the last passing test, the next one due, a year of results at a glance, and the eight-step procedure for a failure written down before you need it. Plus the autoclave cycle log, station setup and breakdown, sharps manifests and a 24-point self-inspection run against your own records.
- CONSENT FORMS THAT ACTUALLY PROTECT YOU — a printable form pre-filled from the client record with fifteen declarations, the medical questionnaire, separate photography consent and two signature lines. Every completed session with no form behind it is listed and fixable in one click. Every form counted down to the day it may be destroyed.
- THE DOWNSIZE APPOINTMENT — the piercing appointment nobody books and everybody needs. Tracked from the day of the piercing, with an overdue list and the message to send. It halves your irritation-bump problems and it is another jewellery sale.

⬥ ONE-CLICK SETUP
Six short screens, about five minutes. Your shop and permit, your chairs and artists and how each one is paid, your rates, your deposit rule, your spore-test interval. It clears the worked example, builds your chairs, puts your artists on their terms, schedules 24 recurring compliance items, creates 22 policies and lays out the studio year.
Until you do, the file is a complete four-chair studio — four artists, 46 clients, a year of appointments, deposits, payouts, consent forms and sterilisation logs — so every screen shows you what it does before you type a thing.
⬥ ONLINE BACKUP, EXPLAINED PROPERLY
The app makes no network calls. It cannot upload anything itself, and that is deliberate, because it is holding clients' dates of birth, ID numbers, addresses and medical answers.
What it does instead is write your backup into a folder your own Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or iCloud app is already watching, and that app does the uploading. Your data goes to your own cloud account, under your own password. Ten minutes to set up, once; four seconds a week after that.
Seven tabs in the app and a four-page chapter in the guide cover it in full: setting the cloud folder up with the exact folder path for each service on Windows and Mac · restoring onto any computer, any browser · moving everything to a new computer · opening and reading a backup outside the app in Notepad or a browser · six CSV exports for spreadsheets, an accountant or an inspector · and eleven things that go wrong with exactly what to do about each.
Your records are a plain text file. Nothing is locked inside anybody's software — which matters when consent forms and sterilisation logs have to be kept for years.

⬥ HOW IT WORKS
One .html file. Double-click it and it opens in the browser you already use. No installer, no account, no login, no subscription, nothing to renew and nothing to be locked out of. It works with the internet switched off, and it will still open in ten years.
Everything you type stays in that browser, on that computer. There is no server, so there is nothing to be breached.
Works on Windows, Mac, Linux, Chromebook, iPad and Android. Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox and Opera.
⬥ PLEASE NOTE
This is a digital download. Nothing is posted.
A record book, not an authority. Ages, sterilisation intervals, healing times, retention periods and tax figures in this file are the common published ones, and they are here so the arithmetic has something to work with. Your state or county body-art rules, your health inspector, your insurer and your accountant outrank every default in it — and every one of them is editable. For anything medical, a doctor is right and any file is out of date.
Because it is an instant download that cannot be returned, all sales are final. Every screen you would be buying is in the twenty photographs and the video above.
