THE THING A PRINTABLE PDF CANNOT DO

Log a session and the bar moves, the streak recounts, the projected finish date shifts, and the words-per-day you now need is recalculated — instantly. There is a marker on the bar showing where the target says you should be today, and the act breaks are drawn on it so you can see whether your midpoint is landing anywhere near the middle.

Every beat's target word position is calculated from YOUR target, not a generic 80,000-word novel. Change your target and every beat on every sheet moves. Attach a scene to a beat and the hub tells you how far it has drifted from where it should land — and flags any beat you have written but never scened.

THE SCENE BOARD

• Drag scenes between five columns: idea → outlined → drafted → revised → final
• Every card carries its own word count, POV, place and chapter, so the column totals move as you move the cards
