✝ A ROTA THAT BUILDS A WHOLE TERM
One grid: every team, every role, every Sunday. Press "Build a term" and it fills twelve Sundays across nine teams in about four seconds, obeying four rules at once — the skill each role requires, its rest window, the away dates people have given you, and your quarterly serving limit. It never overwrites a name you typed by hand, and it lists every position it could not fill. That list is not a software failure; it is your recruiting conversation, written for you. It also finds three kinds of conflict: the same person in two places on one Sunday, somebody rostered while they told you they were away, and somebody back before their rest is up.

✝ WHO IS QUIETLY CARRYING THE CHURCH
Slots served, Sundays, the last thirteen weeks, the longest unbroken run, how many teams each person is on — and the one figure nobody calculates: what share of every serving slot in the year is carried by five people. In most churches it is a quarter of everything and nobody notices until one of them leaves. The weakest step is named for you, and it is almost never where the energy currently goes. Every guest has an owner and a contact flag, because contact inside forty-eight hours roughly doubles the chance of a second visit and after two weeks it barely matters at all.

✝ THE MONEY, DONE PROPERLY
Restricted, designated, unrestricted and capital funds held apart — because a healthy-looking bank balance that is mostly not yours to spend is the most common church accounting trap there is. Budget compared against how much of the year has actually elapsed, not against the annual figure, so an overspend shows up in month five rather than month eleven. Giving concentration (what share the top tenth carry), lapsed givers, giving per attender, contribution statements built per giving unit for any date range, a pledge and capital-campaign tracker, and the most honest number in church finance: how many weeks you could keep going on reserves.

✝ SAFEGUARDING YOU CAN PROVE
Room ratios, minimum adults and the two-screened-unrelated-adults rule checked on every Sunday. A screening register with check references, annual renewal dates and the waiting period before a new attender may serve with children. It does not run checks and it is not a substitute for your policy or your local law. It is the page that lets you prove, in ten seconds, that you did what your policy says.

ONLINE BACKUP TO GOOGLE DRIVE OR DROPBOX

The app makes no network calls at all — it cannot upload anything by itself, and that is deliberate given what it is holding. What it does instead is write your backup file straight into a folder your own Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or iCloud app is already watching, and that app does the uploading. You keep the offline guarantee and you get the off-device copy.

Set the provider and folder once, pick a reminder (daily to monthly), and after that it is one button that overwrites the same file — so your cloud keeps one tidy copy rather than forty. Days since your last backup show on the dashboard and a badge appears in the sidebar when it is due. Prefer no cloud at all? The same button writes to a USB stick for the church safe.

Restoring is five steps and the app tells you exactly what is in the file — church name, people, Sundays, rota rows, gifts and the date it was saved — before it overwrites anything. There is a twenty-two-file CSV export for spreadsheets that leaves private care notes and private prayer requests out automatically, and a paste-in importer for adding people from a spreadsheet. The guide devotes three full pages to backing up, exporting, importing and restoring, including what to do when it goes wrong and the question that matters most: who else in the church can open it if you cannot.
